Each caregiver completes a Live Scan background check through the California Department of Justice, a TB clearance, and registration with the California Home Care Aide Registry — before ever being assigned to a client. I interview each one myself.

Home care is a licensed, regulated business, and I treat it that way. Every policy below was written, filed, and approved before Ivanhoe Private Care ever accepted a client — not after.

State licensed: California Home Care Organization License No. 374700469, issued by the California Department of Social Services.
Insured & bonded: Ivanhoe Private Care carries general liability and worker's compensation coverage, and is bonded as required for CA HCOs.
